Accepted payments
The invoice is emailed at the end of the month and can be paid via Twint or bank transfer.
Trust & Insurances
As a psychologist, I'm bound by confidentiality (§ 321 StGB), what we speak about stays between us.
Please check with your supplementary insurance directly to see if psychological counseling is covered.
Relationship issues are not classified as an illness or "medical necessity", so health insurance usually doesn't cover them. Couples therapy isn't just a session - it's an investment in your present and future. Ask yourself the question "what will it cost me, if I don't make this investment"?
I'm a psychologist and I offer psychological counseling, not a psychotherapy, that:

Rescheduling & Cancelling an appointment
In case something comes up then please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
For cancellations later than that, less than 24h in advance, the full session fee applies.
