Accepted payments
The invoice is sent by email at the end of the month and can be paid via Twint or bank transfer.
Trust & Insurances
As a psychologist, I'm bound by secrecy (§ 321 StGB) and all our conversations are confidential.
Please ask your insurance directly, if your supplementary insurance is covering psychological counseling.
Relationship problems are not considered an illness or "medical necessity" and therefore it is not covered by health insurance. Couples Counseling is an investment in your present & future life. Ask yourself the question, what will it cost me, if I don't afford it...?

Rescheduling & cancelling appointment
In case something comes up then please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
If cancelled less than 24h in advance, the session will be charged in full.
